As an independent firm of surveyors, we can provide clients with a whole range of advice that can be tailored to your specific needs whether it be a sale or acquisition.

Recent successes include sales to or on behalf of Portsmouth Housing Association, Drum Housing association, Portsmouth Diocese Board of Finance and Southern Cooperative Dairies.

Our team has been further strengthened with Michael Mortimer joining the firm. Michael brings over 20 years knowledge and experience of the residential sector in the South Hampshire area, having worked in both the private and public sectors. His most recent experience was as a project leader in a complex brownfield regeneration project.
