With over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Graham has been involved in projects as varied as New Town Development, major city centre redevelopment, in town and out of town mega malls and shopping centres, airport terminal expansion and motorway service areas. He has worked on projects across the whole of the UK and much of Europe, as well as living in the Middle East for a number of years. Clients have included Central Governments, Local Authorities and Public Limited Companies as well as limited companies and individuals.
He has managed properties from shopping centres, business parks, multi tenanted office blocks, industrial estates and sole occupied commercial premises. His current management portfolio reflects similar and extends primarily across the Solent Corridor.
He is a Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management and is a Committee Member of the Southern Region of the BIFM. He holds NEBOSH certification.
He has previously written articles and spoken about various trends in commercial real estate development.
Outside the office he would like to spend more time on stage having appeared in a number of amateur dramatic productions as well as writing and directing plays and pantomimes. He recently rediscovered a recording of him playing at the Royal Albert Hall.Back to Directory
